In a bid to reduce the amount of time spent on the farm, some farmers have started to experiment with different beers.
The result is deer stalks beer, which has been popular with locals and is now also being sold at some of the country’s best beer festivals.
Beer drinkers in Queensland and Western Australia have been enjoying a selection of beers with names like the Kegel, the Beer and The Dog, and the Wild Sheep.
One brewery in Victoria is even brewing their own beer using a specially made, high-tech ale called the Deer Stalks IPA.
