TANNER STAGES: Tanner Stage is a stage where you’ll find children with disabilities, older children, people with learning disabilities and families with special needs.
The first day you arrive you’ll be greeted by a receptionist, who will lead you to the staging area.
The second day is where the stalls will open and there will be a selection of car seats for you to try.
There are also many other stalls for the day, which can be found along the road.
If you have a disability, you will need to wear a wheelchair, and must wear a seatbelt.
All stalls and stalls that are open are wheelchair accessible.
A special basket is provided for children who are unable to walk.
It is also important to make sure that all children with special health needs are accommodated in the stalls as well.
Tanner Stages is located at the end of the road, next to the entrance of the main road at Dandenong Park, just north of the CBD.
Please see the photos on the left for a better idea of the size of the stalls.
You’ll also find some special seating in the stall for older children.
When you arrive at Tanner Stages, you’ll see signs on the road advising you to make your way up to the stage where the wheelchair and seatbelts are available.
From there, you can find a waiting area where you can choose from a variety of wheelchair-accessible stalls, and sit in the car seat.
For older children and those with learning or disability needs, Tanner States is a great place to find stalls for their first day.
